About me
Hi, I'm Tracey, Registered Forensic Psychologist and Clinical Director of Women in Bloom Psychology. We specialise in psychological assessment and treatment for women.
Our mission is to work with women at any stage in their lives to help them navigate the challenges that life can bring. As women, we encounter many unique and challenging life transitions. Relationship difficulties and work challenges, pregnancy and motherhood, perimenopause and menopause, bereavements, traumas, the list can seem endless. At these times, having the opportunity to reflect on what is happening for us, to connect with the emotional impacts, and discover how we can learn to adapt is vital. Having a safe space in which to do this enables us to build our sense of strength and resilience and ultimately, it encourages us to continue to grow despite what life has thrown our way.
With over 15 years' experience of working in both the NHS and private mental healthcare, I have had the privilege of working with many women diagnosed with complex mental health issues. As a result, I have been fortunate enough to be part of their journeys to recovery and to see them flourish.
