I am a qualified and BACP-Accredited counsellor and integrative psychotherapist, bringing together therapeutic approaches to suit your needs and goals.

As a therapist, I am trauma-trained and work with individuals on issues they wish to resolve relating to their emotions, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief and loss, relationships, fertility, stress, difficulties at work, gender identity, traumatic experiences and self-esteem.
