About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, CBT and EMDR therapist. I have extensive experience working across diverse settings, including the NHS, the charity sector, and private practice. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of difficulties, including eating disorders, PTSD and Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, ADHD, and relationship or attachment difficulties.

I am passionate about helping people develop the tools to build a meaningful and fulfilling life. I work collaboratively with my clients, using an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs, values, and goals of every individual.

I work with an NHS eating disorders service and am currently finishing a Doctorate in Psychology and cognitive neurosciences, focusing on social cognition in Complex PTSD.

Areas of interest

I am particularly interested in working with people who are struggling with eating disorders (ARFID, mild anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorders, OSFED), body image, anxiety, trauma, and attachment difficulties.
