About me
Nic Perrins is a BACP-accredited psychotherapist and accredited member of the Society for Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, working with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related difficulties, and problems with emotional regulation. He works in a structured and thoughtful way, combining relational psychotherapy with behavioural and skills-based approaches where clinically appropriate.
Nic works face to face with adults from a private consulting room in Surrey and also offers online therapy. Alongside his private practice, he works within a leading mental health hospital, supporting patients with a range of psychological presentations and bringing hospital-level experience and clinical governance to his work.
His approach is calm, contained, and collaborative, with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and helping individuals develop more effective ways of understanding and responding to emotional and relational difficulties.
