About me

Hi, my name is Reena and I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I have significant experience helping people who are experiencing emotional distress including but not limited to low mood, anxiety, trauma and more. I offer evidence based, non pathologising approach. I am an integrative psychologist, drawing on specialist interventions. In our sessions we work collaboratively to help make sense of your distress and offer treatment that is tailored to your needs. My current role in the NHS is in a Specialist Neuro Developmental Child and Adolescent Service, working with neurodivergent children and families. I also work in private practice and offer psychological therapy, specialist assessments including Autism and ADHD.


I offer an integrative approach drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Trauma focused), compassionate focused therapy and EMDR to help gain an understanding of the difficulties clients face. Trauma, anxiety, substance use are my key areas of interest. I am trained in the National Autism Training, trainer programme.
