About us

Hi, my name is Reena and I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I am the Founder of RDA Psychology Practice and RDA Autism and ADHD Practice. I have significant experience helping people who are experiencing emotional distress including but not limited to low mood, anxiety and trauma.

My approach draws upon evidence based and specialist interventions. Psychological therapy can involve Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Trauma focused), Compassionate focused therapy (CFT) and/or Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps individuals to gain an understanding of their experiences collaboratively. Psychological interventions are tailored to your needs.

I have extensive experience working in the NHS is a variety of roles. My most recent role in the NHS within a Specialist Neuro Developmental Child and Adolescent Service, working with neurodivergent children and families. In this role I set up pathway for specialist schools, created and delivered CPD, conducted Psychology assessments and supervised colleagues within the Psychology Team.

I have provided reflective supervision and training for charities and private organisations. I am now primarily working in private practice with both adult and children population.

Depending on the services you are looking for, I offer Psychology Assessments, Psychological therapy, and/or Specialist Neuro-developmental assessments including Autism and ADHD. I also offer training, supervision and professional consultancy.

My current area of clinical practice is within Trauma and anxiety. I am also highly passionate about working with neuro divergent people.

My approach evolves in line with neuro affirming research and training. I am trained in the National Autism Training, Trainer programme, which underpins my approach working with neuro divergent people.
