About me

Throughout my career, I have cultivated a genuine desire to nurture and guide people through life's challenges, helping them develop positive mindsets and discover their inner voices.

?My personal experiences have led me to appreciate the transformative power of counselling. As a former Human Resources Manager for the John Lewis Partnership, I witnessed the impact of work-related stress on employees and provided valuable advice and support. Inspired by these encounters, I embarked on a journey to become a professional Counsellor, undertaking comprehensive training and gaining invaluable experience over four years.

?During this time, I had the privilege of working in two diverse counselling placements. At the Watford Women's Centre, I focused on empowering women, addressing emotional and physical abuse, and healing trauma. Additionally, my work at the North London Hospice exposed me to the profound effects of grief and loss on individuals and their families. Each experience has reinforced the uniqueness and complexity of the human journey.

?At the core of my practice are empathy, trust, and authenticity. I am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. My goal is to create a truly unique therapeutic experience that supports individuals in their growth and empowers them to embrace a brighter future.
