About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a strong passion for viewing health holistically and strive to integrate evidence-based mental and physical health approaches into my clinical practice.
I provide evidence-based interventions for a range of difficulties including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, work related stress, eating disorders, head injuries, adjustment disorders and sports people. I have extensive experience working with people with physical health problems such as chronic pain, concussion and adjusting to life post injury. I have experience and an interest in neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD) and neuropsychology and also complete assessments in these areas.
I take an individualised approach with all clients, and pride myself in providing a compassionate and safe space.
I use range of modalities from; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to suit individual needs of my clients. I have experience and an interest in neurodiversity and neuropsychology.
I have experience with working with people across the lifespan from various cultural backgrounds. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ people experiencing mental health difficulties.
