About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a chartered member and associate fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), qualified to assess and treat a broad range of mental health problems across the lifespan.
I have extensive clinical experience treating anxiety disorders and depression and offer specialist assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD (including multiple/chronic adverse events).
Areas of interest
I specialise in working with adults (18+) experiencing trauma and its lasting effects, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, developmental trauma, and difficulties linked to childhood neglect or abuse. I also support people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the emotional challenges of across the lifespan.
My therapeutic work is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on EMDR, CBT, CFT and ACT to help clients process traumatic experiences, regulate distress, and build confidence for lasting change. I have a particular interest in women's mental health and gendered experiences of trauma, supporting clients to navigate identity, relationships, and self-worth. .
