About me

I focus on helping adults and young people aged 10 to 18. I create a safe and calm space for clients to talk about their concerns. Therapy is a personal journey for each individual, so I strive to foster a straightforward and solution-oriented atmosphere. I believe the connection between the client and the counselor is crucial for effective therapy.

I earned my post-graduate qualification in counseling in 2021 and became qualified to work with young people in 2022. My experience includes working at a counseling service for young people, a charity focused on trauma, and running my own private practice serving children, teens, and adults.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and follow their ethical guidelines. Additionally, I am a member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online.
