About me
I'm a Bupa-recognised CBT therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting people with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, low mood, and self-esteem difficulties. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore what's been holding you back and begin moving toward meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, drawing on CBT, ACT, EMDR, and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT for OCD). Together, we'll focus on building practical tools, shifting unhelpful patterns, and creating more balance and confidence in your life.
Many of the people I work with are used to putting others first, feeling like they can't switch off, or struggling with intrusive thoughts and self-criticism. If that sounds familiar, therapy can be a space that's just for you, where your voice matters and you can start to feel more at ease with yourself.
You're welcome to reach out for an initial conversation. Bupa-covered sessions are available online and in Essex.
