I'm a compassionate, Bupa-recognised CBT therapist with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore what's been holding you back and, start moving toward meaningful change.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, I work collaboratively to help you develop the tools and insight to feel more in control. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches with kindness, empathy, and clarity.
