About me

I have been a full-time self-employed therapist in Banbury for more than fourteen years and in that time I have treated more than eight-hundred people. I love what I do and feel daily gratitude to be given the chance to help and to make a difference.

I offer a safe space in which you can freely, fully and securely express and explore yourself. I offer the effective tools and techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to build concrete strategies and find effective solutions. CBT for depression and anxiety is a solution-focussed action plan to get you feeling better, fast. Some of my clients chose to stay for longer periods to do deeper, more sensitive work; such as healing low self-esteem or understanding recurring relationship patterns.

I passionately celebrate diversity and can quickly build nurturing, respectful and trusting relationships and I warmly invite you to join me to talk. I am always humbled and honoured to witness my clients becoming more self-aware, more self-accepting and truer to themselves.

My ground-floor therapy room is suitable for clients with impaired mobility.
