About me

I am a Charted Clinical Psychologist and a systemic practitioner registered with the Health Care Professional Council with extensive experience in the NHS, charity and private sectors.

Over the years, I have worked with adults and couples (including parents) across a wide range of settings including outpatient psychotherapy clinics and in therapeutic communities.

Areas of interest

My expertise includes supporting individuals with complex emotional needs and trauma. In the NHS, I worked primarily with adults with personality and relational difficulties. I have also worked with parents of young children (0-5 years) with attachment difficulties.
In my private practice I see adults and couples presenting with relationship issues and different individual difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sense of self, trauma and perinatal difficulties. I offer both short and long term psychotherapy.
