I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and supervisor with over seven years of experience as counsellor and and supervisor and I have twenty years experience working in education and mental health services.

I hold Carl Rogers' core-conditions of 'empathy', 'unconditional positive regard' and 'congruence' as central to my therapeutic work.

I have worked since October 2014 as a counsellor in education, in charities, in the NHS and in private practice. I have worked with many different groups, and with people of all ages.



I am able to establish a good rapport with the people I work with and from the initial assessment onwards get a good understanding of their individual needs.

I can provide counselling to clients who have insurance with Allianz Axa, Vitality and Aviva, Preferred Health Care and WPA.



I am able to work flexibly. I can work remotely using Zoom or Microsoft Team, WhatsApp Video and telephone. I also have a base at Mary Aitkenhead House, Mare Street, Hackney , London E8 4NS
