About me

Dr Gobinderijt Kaur is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working in secondary care services with adults in the NHS.

She has additional training in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mentalisation based therapy (MBT) and training in intensive short term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP).

Dr Gobinderjit Kaur is also involved in teaching, research and supervising Clinical Psychologists in training at the University of Birmingham. Dr Gobinderjit Kaur's work involves culturally sensitive and inclusive practices.
