About me

I am an empathic, skilled psychologist, EMDR therapist, and clinical psychotherapist and I offer integrative relational therapy, EMDR and ADHD Assessments in person to those living in the Brighton & Hove area or alternatively online. I am a highly qualified, compassionate therapist with a genuine interest in getting to know my patients at depth and without judgement. As a practitioner, I aim to be a safe, steady presence viewing therapy as a collaborative partnership. I use evidence-based treatments together with warmth and humour to help guide and prompt insight and achieve lasting positive changes.
