About me
I take an individually tailored approach to helping patients manage their pain through a combination of clinical approaches and self-management techniques. A first consultation lasts up to an hour with a full assessment of your physical situation as well as the effect your pain has on your activities. We set goals and aims and make a plan that suits you through an open and honest discussion.
I offer a range of injection treatments where these are necessary whilst taking an holistic rehabilitation focussed approach.
