About me

I am a BABCP Accredited Therapist and EMDR Therapist. I have worked in CAMHS and NHS for over 17 years and now work in private practice. I work with adults and children from age 12 with a range of difficulties including Generalised Anxiety Disorders, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorders, Phobias, Depression, OCD, Trauma, PTSD, Bereavement; EMDR. Behaviours that Challenge in the context of Autism / ADHD and/or Learning Disability.
