I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor, specialising in adult mental health, and currently working for the NHS and Private Practice.
With many years of experience, we will work together to specifically tailor treatment to follow you in the moment, meeting your requirements and your journey.

My aim is to maximise the exploration of self, show understanding, empathy and unconditional positive regard. Providing you with a non-judgemental and safe atmosphere, enabling you to work towards a greater understanding of yourself. This in turn assists you find a resolution to your problem or enable yourself make new decisions.
