About me

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist offering psychological therapy to adults (18+) on a short or long-term basis.

I offer a collaborative experience in which we will clarify your unique needs and circumstances.

?Every person's journey to therapy is different. You may be experiencing psychological difficulties, such as depression or anxiety, or a general sense of feeling stuck and unfulfilled, or burnt out. You may have had difficult early life experiences that continue to impact you today. All of these may negatively affect your relationships, career, self-esteem and overall happiness, as well as your physical health. Sometimes therapy can help you make sense of these.

As everyone's story is different, therapy should be adjusted accordingly to meet your unique needs and circumstances rather than adopting a one size fits all approach. Being trained as a Clinical Psychologist means I am proficient in multiple therapeutic models, and can integrate them to provide a personalised and tailored approach to our work. I have drawn from one (or a combination) of the following models with previous clients:

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Narrative Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)
Schema Therapy
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Mindfulness

I currently conduct sessions remotely via Skype, Zoom or MS Teams.

I also have some availability for face-to-face appointments from my offices in Dalston and Hackney.
