About me

Having supported clients for over 15 years as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I provide compassionate, professional therapy for adults, children (6+), and young people. I am committed to fostering growth and resilience, I create a supportive space where you can explore your challenges, develop new strategies, and move forward with confidence. As a therapist, my aim is offer you a genuine, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space during which time you will have my full and uninterrupted attention where you are able to talk through your concerns, thoughts and feelings and feel truly heard and understood.

I work with a variety of life situations and difficulties, drawing on my varied skills to tailor my approach to ensure our work together meets your individual needs.
I am experienced in working with a range of issues such as: stress and anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, divorce and separation, extramarital affairs, self-esteem and confidence issues, attachment issues, work-related issues, child-related issues such as separation anxiety, adjustment to illness, death and related body image issues, dying, bereavement and complex grief and abusive and coercive relationships.

Alongside my private practice I have extensive experience of working within a multidisciplinary team in palliative care within hospice settings where I have worked with adults and children and young people adjusting to illness and coping and navigating loss and bereavement.
