I am a qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 13 years of practice, specialising in supporting individuals with neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
In addition to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I offer a range of modalities, including EMDR therapy and trauma-informed interventions, helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
