About me

I have been working in private practice since 2014. My main practice is based in Bookham Leatherhead. I also have a small practice in New Malden. I qualified with a BA in Integrative Relational Therapy. I have also gained accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked with wide range of clients, both adults and young people, privately and in educational settings.

My aim to is to provide my clients with a safe and holding space to explore their difficulties that have affected their lives. I believe that clients deserve to be listened to, enabling them to feel understood and heard. I value the importance of therapeutic relationship as the safe space for my work.

I have worked with a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and self-harm. Work related stress, relationship difficulties, personal and professional. This list is not exhaustive. If you wish to explore further information about my experience, you can email me or send me a contact form via my website.

My background is in Child Protection, I understand the long term impact of abuse and dysfunctional family dynamics.

As an integrative relational therapist, I utilise theory from a number of person centred and psychodynamic approaches, with a view to finding a suitable way to work with the client's presenting issues. I have an interest in trauma and how it impacts on the body, and use techniques to help clients connect with their bodies.
