About me

I'm a UKCP registered and BACP senior accredited relational depth psychotherapist, working in person in Wimbledon (SW20) and online across the UK, in English and German.

Much of my work is with thoughtful, capable people whose lives look right from the outside but don't feel right within - who have often read widely and done earlier therapy, yet sense that insight alone hasn't shifted things. I work with burnout that rest doesn't fix, relationship and couple difficulties, the aftermath of trauma, and the turning points where who you've been no longer fits who you're becoming.

My approach is relational and unhurried rather than quick-fix. I draw on over fifteen years and more than ten thousand clinical hours, integrative and psychodynamic training, attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology, and an embodied awareness shaped by long mindfulness practice.Where a tool helps, I'll offer it. Mostly though, I think alongside you about what's actually happening, and what it's asking of you.
