About me

I am an experienced, senior accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and organisations. I work in private practice and have previously consulted for the NHS.

Specialising in the complexities of cross-cultural issues and addressing interpersonal and stress-related problems, I support individuals experiencing episodic anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and complex, enduring mental health challenges.
