About me

As an Integrative Practitioner, I am able to draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to tailor the counselling experience to your individual needs. Because everyone is different, and everyone's experience of the world is unique, this way of working gives you the optimum opportunity to achieve your goals in a way that suits you. As such, I may draw on theories and techniques from behaviour-based and/or cognitive-based modalities. I employ Person-Centre foundations and also work Psychodynamically.

As part of our work together, I will support you to:

discover, explore and understand how to use your personal strengths to find the solutions you require
view your challenges from different perspectives
build motivation and courage to achieve your goals
realise your future aspirations and work towards better future functioning

I work with adults and young people, providing both short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues.
