I am an integrative therapist and use various modalities to suit the needs of the client. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-centred counselling, Emotion Focused therapy and EMDR.
My areas of expertise include; issues with self-worth and identity, anxiety disorders, neurodiversity, depression, ex military clients, student issues, sexuality, infertility and pregnancy, relationship difficulties and trauma.
