I recalibrate nervous systems for traumatised women. Are you looking for more than just talking therapy? I provide expert trauma therapy (Polyvagal) for women with over-active nervous systems and severe emotional dysregulation.

Based in Kent I provide a professional remote service. I specialise in working with the experiences and unique stressors relating to women struggling with trauma and the intense pressures of life.
