About me

Hello, I'm Natalie, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist recognised and accredited by the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) and a COSCA certified Clinical Supervisor.

I help people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and binge eating disorders and managing menopause symptoms and changes in life. I specialise and have been trained in CBT-T, Cognitive behavioural therapy for patients with non-underweight eating disorders.

I have practised since 2020 in private practice and extensively within the Higher Education system delivering one to one CBT counselling and group interventions such as CBT for Managing hot flushes, Building Self Esteem and CBT for Anxiety.

How counselling can help you:

I specialise in helping people who feel stuck in cycles of negative thoughts, overwhelming emotions, or unhealthy behaviours. Together, we'll work to uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop practical strategies to manage them. Whether you're dealing with the constant overwhelm of anxiety, the emptiness of depression, or a difficult relationship with food and body image, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
