About me

I'm Daniel Jaeger, a BACP-registered psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults.

I offer a structured, science-informed approach to therapy that helps clients understand what's happening beneath the surface and how to create meaningful change. My work draws on person-centered principles and psychological theory to explore the deeper patterns behind anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, trauma, and performance-related issues.
