About me

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), offering over 10 years of experience working within a variety of mental health settings. I specialise in delivering CBT for a range of issues, including depression and anxiety disorders such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Generalised anxiety disorder, Social Anxiety, and Hoarding.

I am particularly passionate about working with low self-esteem and perfectionism, empowering clients to develop healthier thought patterns and effective coping strategies. My goal is to foster lasting change and emotional well-being through a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic relationship.

In addition, I have extensive experience working with individuals facing drug and alcohol difficulties, as well as those with personality disorders, bipolar and psychosis. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and evidence-based, tailored to each individual's needs.
