About me
Prof. Hill is a graduate from the University of Glasgow in 1991. After a spell working as a Specialist Registrar and Clinical Research Fellow in Birmingham he returned to Scotland where he has been a Consultant Respiratory Physician at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh since 2001. He is the Respiratory Infection Lead and has a special interest in Bronchiectasis, Community Acquired Pneumonia and Tuberculosis.
Prof. Hill is actively involved in clinical and translational research and is on the committee for the British Thoracic Society Bronchiectasis Guidelines and Scottish TB National Guidelines.
He is Postgraduate Dean in South - East Scotland from Dec 2018.

Bronchiectasis, Tuberculosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Asthma, Pneumonia, Lung cancer, Interstitial lung disease, Occupational lung disease, Allergic lung disease and all aspects of respiratory disease.
