Life can be difficult, sometimes we can feel lost, and know deep inside we have to reach out to seek help. Taking the first step can feel like a mountain to climb, and yet once we take that step, the mountain shrinks a little.

To be listened to and really heard can make a huge difference. Through therapy we can come to realise we can do this and can learn to find our own way.

Therapy is often about small steps towards taking back control of our own lives. As a therapist I'll walk with you, empathically listening, in a non-judgmental respectful manner, not offering advice, but with you as you negotiate the issues and difficulties you're struggling with.
