About me

Hello & welcome to my profile.

Most of my experience is connected to Relationships, for couples & individuals. I have over 7,000 clinical hours working with clients and their relationship issues. I am BACP accredited, which represents a higher level of counselling experience.

I understand contacting a counsellor for help, might not be easy. I offer an opportunity to speak to someone in a welcoming & neutral environment with the experience to support couples and individuals. These issues may have been unaddressed for some time or maybe difficult to discuss without help. The support I offer creates a place for people to begin addressing their difficulties in a productive but caring way.

I often work with couple's communication and helping them reduce friction & conflict. My work with individuals can be exploring how to manage their current relationship or past relationship. I also offer support to people with general relationships anxieties.
This support I offer is in warm and welcoming environment to help address parts of your life that's causing you difficulties. I provide the space to have someone be empathic and caring.

About Me
I began (& developed) my counselling skills & experience through the relationship charity Relate. I still provide hours to Relate but also offer private clinical hours.

About me....
This year will mark 31 yrs together with my wife and we have 2 grown up children. Over these 31 years, we've had difficulties, that have impacted us. I'd like to feel my own experiences, mixed with my extensive experience with other people's lives, allows me to appreciate the struggles people bring to counselling and understand the practicality of people's busy lives.
