I have practiced in Bristol for over twenty years, and I am an integrative Psychotherapist which means I integrate theoretical models from a variety of orientations to work in a way which is meaningful and centred on the needs of the client. With the above qualifications and continual professional development, I feel I have put together a comprehensive working approach which is wide ranging, empathic and up to date within the world of mental health.

I can offer support and listen and hear what the person is going through with empathy. Within this work I can offer a flexible approach and work with what the client wishes to bring to the session. As part of my work I can offer a solution focused, collaborative approach which can include strategies and techniques, psycho educational materials, so the client is able to expand their self-awareness, be autonomous and develop self-efficacy.

My work experience has included NHS Talking therapies, facilitating NHS workshops, Drug and Alcohol and work with corporate clients. I like to work creatively using psycho educational materials, all with an empathic person-centred approach and this way of working can support individuals with neurodiversity as one fit all does not suit everyone.
