About me

I work with adults and older adolescents.
I aim to provide a comfortable, compassionate and relaxed clinical space for clients. I will work alongside you to facilitate a deeper understanding of your mental health difficulties and the impact these have on your life, work and relationships. My goal is to assist you to develop the skills you need to be able to manage these difficulties, in a healthy and productive way, so that you can focus on what's important to you. I have a specialist interest in Schema Therapy. However, as our work is individual to you I offer a choice of evidence based interventions to suit you needs.
