About me

Sometimes we can deal with life's knocks on our own, or with the help of friends or family. Other times it is more useful to find support in someone trained to listen and a place that's just for you, to feel heard. If you are reading this now, you might be in that place.

I am a BABCP accredited psychological therapist, with a background in education. There are many kinds of therapies out there. The magic ingredient is in the relationship. My practice is based on Broughton St. in the centre of Edinburgh EH1, Scotland. My office is within two minutes walking distance from trams, 5 minutes from Waverly Station and next to Edinburgh's main bus terminal. Parking can be found in side streets nearby. I also work online, or hybrid for when travelling is too difficult. I conduct therapy in English and Spanish.

I work with 16+ individuals or groups, using a range of approaches to help alleviate difficulties with anxiety or low mood at the root. These might include:

Specific anxieties or fears; Social Anxiety;Generalised Anxiety or Worry; Trauma Processing; OCD; Depression; Low Mood; Behaviours you would like to amend to help you reach your goals; smoking, overeating, self harm, any other self soothing or addictive behaviour; Relationship issues; Gaining Self Awareness as a Preventative Measure
