I am Lynn Usher, an experienced Psychotherapist which an extensive history in personal exploration, and I offer a warm, supportive and deeply relational space where you can safely explore what is happening beneath the surface.

Together, we will look at the patterns, beliefs, experiences, and emotional wounds that may be affecting your confidence, relationships, sense of self, or ability to move forward.
