Hello and welcome to my profile.

I am an integrative Counsellor, offering counselling to children, young people and adults in Bristol/Bath and North East Somerset and the surrounding areas, also remotely via Teams or telephone. Counselling provides a confidential space with no judgment to talk about and process your thoughts, feelings and emotions. You do not need to feel alone.

Patient age range - from age 6.

anxiety; depression; low self confidence, pregnancy and birth, family issues; relationship difficulties; bereavement; stress; work related stress; lonliness; low self esteem; social anxiety; infertility; health issues.

I use a person centred approach mainly and draw from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) strategies, Transactional Analysis, and mindfulness where this may be helpful alongside.
