About me

I have over 10 years of experience working therapeutically across the NHS and private sectors. As a senior Clinical Psychologist, I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.

At the heart of my clinical work is a dedication to promoting emotional well-being and resilience. I strive to be alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges, no matter how big or small. I hold the belief that hope can always be nurtured within the therapeutic relationship, empowering individuals to better understand themselves, overcome adversities and work towards meaningful change.

I work with children, adolescents, parents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity and non-discrimination. I specialise in guiding individuals through the emotional impact of physical health conditions, fertility challenges, loss, grief, and bereavement. I also have extensive experience in working with anxiety, trauma, low mood, burnout, parenting and relational difficulties. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate through pivotal life transitions, carefully addressing the social, relational and emotional challenges which can emerge across the lifespan.

I use an integrative therapeutic approach, tailoring all assessments and interventions to meet individual needs and goals, while remaining grounded in evidence-based practices. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Therapies, Attachment Theory, and Psychodynamic Principles. I also have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and adopt a trauma-informed approach to support individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.
