About me

I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space in which you can explore yourself and your beliefs. By working together therapeutically you can discover ways of behaving that encourage unwanted familiar patterns. The good news is you can decide to do things differently and make changes that you want to.

Managing our relationships can sometimes become complicated and I have completed additional training in working with couples.

We need our own secure foundation which we can build upon and grow.

I have completed 4 years training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Areas of interest

Trauma; loss; bereavement; anxiety; depression; changes in our lives; relationship issues; couples counselling.

I work with individuals and couples aged 18 over.
