About me

I'm an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I work with adults who experience anxiety, low mood or are dealing with traumatic experiences. I specialise in helping people who are highly self-critical and experience anxiety and depression. People who have a critical, unfair and mean inner voice, usually experience shame and anxiety. I use an individualised approach to understand how past experiences have shaped your sense of self, and I help you regain control of the narrative. Therapy also involves identifying your strengths, learning new coping skills and bringing lasting change to your life.

Does any of this sound familiar? I may be able to help. I work in a trauma-informed way, which means I closely consider how past experiences may have shaped your coping skills and current difficulties. Everyone's needs are different, therefore I offer personalised and integrative therapy. I draw from approaches such as CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR.

Having an inner bully can lead to high-functioning anxiety and low self-esteem. I can help quieten those thoughts and understand where they come from. During our initial session, we will explore the issues you're experiencing and start making a plan. You can email me to book a free introductory call today to see whether I might be a good fit for you.

I currently offer sessions in person in Hackney (E8) on Mondays, or online.
