About me
I'm a psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, depression, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, PDA, Dyslexia etc), work-related challenges, relationships and low self-esteem using evidence-based methods.
I have more than 20 years of experience.
I am currently offering therapy face-to-face and via phone or online to young people 11+. individuals and couples.
Some organisations I have worked for include: BBC, NHS, Ingeus, Metaonia, CPPD, and primary and secondary schools in London and I have a thriving private practice.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where I work with individuals to achieve lasting personal change.
I use a targeted approach to set appropriate goals for your therapy, and importantly this helps to signal when the therapy is over. This saves you time and money, as well as helping you feel better faster.
I have helped many people of all ages:
* Reduce anxiety
* Understand neurodiversity challenges and created a bespoke personal plan to manage symptoms
* Break the cycle of depression
* Stop panic attacks
* Improve relationships and family issues
* Progress career
* Increase confidence
* Self-manage your mental health
* Explore sexuality
* Manage anger
* Sleep better
You might want to focus on a specific problem that is troubling you, or you may simply have a sense that you are not feeling yourself, and things are 'not quite right'. I work flexibly and creatively to help you find ways to manage and overcome difficulties with a variety of approaches.
My specialisms:
Neurodiversity challenges - ADHD, ASD, PDA, Dyslexia etc
Issues related to young people - eating disorders, self-harm, low self-esteem, bereavement, family breakdown.
