About me

With over 13 years of experience, I offer compassionate, person-centred therapy tailored to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges. Since completing my core training in 2010, I have deepened my expertise through extensive continuing professional development, including specialised EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) training.

I work with clients in person and online, creating a safe, confidential space to explore issues including trauma, grief, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), and other emotional difficulties. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, prioritising each person's unique journey and needs. Whether you're navigating complex emotions or seeking tools to heal and grow, I'm here to support you with an integrative approach that combines person-centred techniques with EMDR for trauma-focused work.

I am used to working with many different issues and concerns such as relationship issues. This could be with a partner, family member, friend or colleague. Grief, especially related to suicide. Eating disorders. PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and hormonal conditions and concerns. I have worked with a broad age range and I am proud to be LGBTQ+ affirmative.
