About me

I am interested in finding out who you are at the deepest levels.

It doesn't matter where you've been, what you've seen, or where you're at right now. I want to understand � and I want to help you understand your self.

Things changed for me when I stopped adapting to fit someone else's world � and started identifying what was actually mine. That shift is at the heart of the work I offer. I will be looking to create with you � to find as much space for beauty, joy, and possibility in your life as we can build together.

I believe therapy works when it provides the biological safety of feeling genuinely held � a starting point, and a launch pad for finding that same feeling elsewhere in your life.

I bring over 20 years of clinical experience � first in residential mental health and addiction services, now in private practice. My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
