I am an accredited CBT Therapist with 10 years experience of working in NHS physical and mental healthcare settings. I specialise in offering CBT for individuals and their loved ones experiencing distress in relation to their physical health condition(s). CBT can help to improve wellbeing and management of your physical health by focusing on what is important to you and your values. My aim is provide you with compassionate therapy sessions focused to your needs and goals and provide you with new coping strategies to help you, feel more like you again and help you to engage with your life.
