About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and an accredited member of the BACP. I work with individuals, couples, young people (15+ years experience) and families, offering sessions both face-to-face, telephone and online, depending on what feels best for my client/s.

My approach to therapy is Integrative, blending person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I use these methods to help clients explore their emotional, cognitive, and physical experiences, supporting them to understand challenges or root causes of psychological distress. This deeper understanding allows clients to access their own strengths and skills, which in turn helps them manage day-to-day challenges more effectively.

I am passionate about personal growth, development, and helping clients find clarity and inner peace. I work collaboratively with my clients in sessions, offering psychological insight that informs their journey of self-understanding and empowerment.

The values of my practice are rooted in understanding, acceptance, compassion, and patience. My aim is for my clients to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, more confident and equipped in navigating their lives.
