About me

I work with clients who experience a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, work related stress, and I also work closely with suicidality, self-harm, bereavement and loss. I am an approved practitioner for well known Cancer and Suicide charitable organisations and currently work with clients 16 years and above.

Therapy is a collaboration, I will listen to you and what is impacting on your life, I will help you to process and work through what is happening, whilst also offering support and coping strategies if needed.

Counselling is a private and personal choice and all therapists do not work the same way, it is important that you feel comfortable, safe and heard within my dedicated therapy space. My experience of working within public service and charitable organisations allows me to understand the impact of unforeseen life changes and stressful situations, including the impact on family and friends.

Life can throw the unexpected at us, and can make us feel incredibly lonely, vulnerable and isolated. Clients who work with me, tell me they feel heard, supported and helped.

I work with a number or organisations, including Charities, Education providers, EAP's and Health Insurance Companies. I can also provide support to your employees or facilitate group sessions.

Areas of interest

I work with individuals 16 years and older, either face to face in my private office or online.

My areas of interest include Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Stress, Self Harm and Suicidality.
I have undertaken extra training outside of my formal qualifications and details of which can be found on my website.

I am also able to offer Rewind Therapy, qualified through the International Association for Rewind Trauma Therapy.
