With over a decade of experience, I specialise in providing professional, supportive psychotherapy and counselling services tailored to help you uncover the root causes of your challenges. My approach empowers you to develop effective strategies for healing, growth, and moving forward with confidence.
I work with a wide range of issues, and have a particular focus on anxiety, depression and Trauma.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an evidence-based intervention specifically designed to address chronic, acute and complex trauma. Trauma can include acute accidents or witness of; adults who experienced childhood adverse experiences; PTSD, nightmares, traumatic bereavement, extreme anxiety and many more conditions.
