About me

I am Rachael, I am a qualified, accredited and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 15 years of experience working within NHS mental health services. Most recently I was a clinical lead within an NHS Talking Therapy service, providing clinical treatment, supervision and team leadership in Gloucestershire. I have been working as an independent psychotherapist for over 3 years.

As a clinician, I pride myself on working within evidence based treatments, I am fully insured and access regular supervision. I am an accredited member of the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) professional body.

I have a special interest in ADHD, with various additional ADHD training to support this work. I am also EMDR trained.

Areas of interest

ADHD is my specialist area of interest, however I am very experienced working with depression and anxiety disorders also.
